We are looking for a dynamic Construction Manager/Forewoman to lead demanding high-rise building projects in new construction, coordinate trades, and ensure timely and quality control.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in the building trade or as a construction draftsman
• Further training as a construction manager HFP, technician HF, or architect/engineer
• Experience as a construction manager in Switzerland, particularly in new construction
• Safe handling of MS-Office and building administration programs
• Entrepreneurial thinking and self-reliant action
• Organizational strength, secure communication, and solution-oriented
• Negotiation skills, assertiveness, and high social competence
