The ALS Association is seeking a Development Manager to help manage Walk to Defeat and Distinguished events in the Greater Tampa Bay area of Florida, with a focus on fundraising and event planning, to support the mission of the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in fundraising, event management, volunteer development and management, public relations, donor cultivation and relations, and corporate sponsor cultivation
- Skilled at managing participants in an online fundraising platform
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to communicate both orally and in writing in a timely and effective manner to multiple constituencies
