The Arc of Ocean County is seeking an Assistant Director of Residential Services to oversee multiple residential programs serving individuals with developmental disabilities and complex medical needs in Ocean County. The role involves supervising staff, ensuring operational consistency, and coordinating with nursing and interdisciplinary partners to maintain high-quality care.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years
• Valid New Jersey driver’s license with no more than 5 points
• At least two years of supervisory experience in services for individuals with developmental disabilities
• Proven background in managing or supporting residential programs for adults with developmental disabilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Special Education, or a related field (or closely related discipline)
