Assistant Manager - Apartment Based Group Home Care

Lead evening operations, support staff, and ensure consistency of care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential program.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential or similar care setting
• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid New Jersey driver’s license in good standing (no more than 5 points)
• Demonstrates ability to provide leadership, remain dependable, and work effectively within a team environment
• Experience supporting, guiding, and overseeing staff in a residential program preferred
• Ability to perform essential physical aspects of the role, including providing assistance with mobility and other resident support needs
