Job Description
As an Assistant Manager, you will support the Residential Manager in the day-to-day operations of a residential program located in a supervised apartment setting. You will provide supervision and support to residential staff, support residents in developing daily living skills, and maintain a safe and structured residential environment.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities in a group home setting
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid NJ Driver’s License with no more than five points
- Strong leadership, reliability, and teamwork skills
- Ability to supervise, support, and lead staff
