We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Coordinator to oversee facility upkeep across all agency locations in Ocean County, ensuring properties remain safe, functional, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise in home and facility repair work, strong customer service skills, and ability to safely operate various tools and equipment.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of professional experience in a facility maintenance leadership role
• High school diploma or GED required and must be verifiable
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience required
