Job Description
The Assistant Community Manager will be responsible for assisting the Community Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the property, including leasing, resident relations, and financial management.
Requirements
- High School education or equivalent
- At least two years of experience in residential property management or a related field
- Ability to fluently read and write English
- Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance
- Intermediate mathematical functions and use of on-site resident management software
