Assistant Community Manager

We are seeking an Assistant Community Manager to join our team. As second in command under the Property Manager, this position will be responsible for leasing apartments, maintaining resident files, handling delinquent residents, and preparing legal documents. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in residential property management, a high school education or equivalent, and strong administrative and organizational skills.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in residential property management or a related field
• High school education or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance
• Ability to work any of the seven days of the week, 52 weeks of the year
• Ability to serve on-call, as scheduled or as necessary
