Assistant Community Manager

The Assistant Community Manager will assist the Community Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the apartment community, including leasing, resident relations, and administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• Yardi preferred
• 2+ years of experience in residential property management or a related field
• High School education or equivalent is required
• Ability to fluently read and write English
• Accurately perform intermediate mathematical functions and use all on-site resident management software functions
