The ideal candidate will be approachable, patient, and able to handle resident and vendor requests with professionalism.
Requirements
- High School education or equivalent
- Fluency in English
- Intermediate mathematical skills
- Professional Experience (high-end luxury hospitality or property management preferred)
- Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
- Ability to work weekends and holidays, including recognized holidays.
- Flexibility to work on-call.
- Computer skills (basic to advanced).
- Demonstrated positive attitude & professionalism.
