The Bishop's School seeks a Human Resources Associate with immediate start. The Human Resources Associate (HRA) plays an integral role in facilitating employee recruitment, hiring, and onboarding, and provides administrative support of the day to day work of the office.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience
- Specific interest in the field of HR; certification in progress or intent to pursue preferred
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and aptitude for learning new technology
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and job board posting preferred
- Highly developed emotional intelligence with the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in difficult situations
- Demonstrated ability to manage all responsibilities with an orientation toward providing exemplary “customer” service
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Ability to attend to multiple projects effectively managing competing priorities
- High level attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all areas of work
- Commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality
