The Brass Tap, a leading craft beer chain, is seeking a full-time or part-time Cook. They offer a fun, team-oriented environment with opportunities for career growth and flexible scheduling. The role focuses on preparing and plating dishes based on recipe procedures, ensuring food quality and teamwork.
Requirements
- Follow food safety guidelines for cooking, cooling & storage
- Follow safety and sanitation procedures
- Follow recipe procedures
- Keep equipment clean and organized
- Complete duties without constant supervision
- Minimum age 18 or older
- Available to work weekend and holiday shifts
- Ability to read tickets, recipes, prep sheets, spec charts in English
- Able to competently operate the grill, fryers, oven and other kitchen equipment
- Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 60 pounds
- Exposure to heat of equipment and kitchen environment
