Overnight Baker

CSCA Café is seeking a dedicated and experienced baker to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, baking, decorating, and finishing a variety of doughs, pastries, and specialty desserts.

Requirements

• 3+ Years of Baking/Pastry Industry Experience
• Pastry/Culinary Certificate, Diploma, or Degree
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Proven experience as a baker, preferably in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and equipment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Physical stamina to handle long hours and perform manual tasks
• Ability to work effectively during nighttime hours
