The Marketing Support Executive role involves supporting IT partners with marketing aspects, including on-boarding, enablement, and relationship building. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing, particularly in the technology sector, and excellent client liaison skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in English (verbal and written)
- 1-3 years experience of working in a Marketing role - in the technology sector, preferably in software, data or cloud
- A confident approach to liaise with and develop business relationships
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent client liaison skills, ability to react and respond in a timely and effective manner
- Some knowledge of digital marketing (e.g. email marketing, SEO, SEA, social networks, display advertising, video production) and offline Marketing campaign types (e.g. events, telemarketing, print advertising, sponsoring, incentives)
- Strong MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills with the ability to present information in a consistent and professional manner
- An interest in technology
- Independence is important, but so is being a team player to ensure success across the team
- Knowledge of Salesforce or a similar CRM system would be an advantage
- Additional languages such as Mandarin, Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian would be of advantage
