Job Description
Obtain and verify patient information for quality care and maximal reimbursement. Analyze patient accounts, maintain knowledge of insurance regulations, and prepare documentation for medical necessity and Medicare compliance. Coordinate patients for financial assistance and collect insurance co-payments. Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries.
