As Mexico's Marketing director, you will deploy and implement the Company's Brand strategy, translating it into strong and consistent demand creation plans/initiatives and define the Brands priorities to ensure the integration of 3D's with an efficient and effective advertising support.
Requirements
- Large experience in Marketing, Sales and working in multinational FMCG.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, sales or equivalent experience
- Advanced in English
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- People coaching and development
- Strong analytical skills, business acumen, financial perspective, strategic thinking.
- Capability to work in multiple projects and manage multiple open fronts.
- Ability to seamlessly navigate from strategy to execution and vice versa ensuring a healthy balance between creating right vision/strategy and plans and ensuring their flawless execution in the market.
