Requirements
- Lead, inspire, and develop the pastry team, fostering a culture of learning, consistency, and pride.
- Create seasonal, innovative, and member-focused dessert menus for all dining venues.
- Design and execute high-end plated desserts, breads, breakfast pastries, amenities, showpieces, and event-related pastry needs.
- Manage ordering, inventory, and cost controls for pastry and bakery operations.
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning.
