Job Description
The Common Market is seeking a Human Resources Manager to strengthen their hiring, onboarding, and employee development systems. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the organization consistently attracts, supports, and retains the people who make their work possible.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on recruiting and onboarding
- Experience hiring for operational or hourly roles (warehouse, logistics, drivers, etc.)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple processes and coordinate across teams
- Experience in multi-site or operational environments preferred
