Human Resources Manager

The Common Market is seeking a Human Resources Manager to strengthen its hiring, onboarding, and employee development systems. The HR Manager will play a critical part in ensuring the organization consistently attracts, supports, and retains the people who make its work possible. This role requires managing day-to-day hiring, onboarding, and coordination across teams, with a focus on recruiting, onboarding, and employee development across operational and sales teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on recruiting and onboarding
• Experience hiring for operational or hourly roles (warehouse, logistics, drivers, etc.)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple processes and coordinate across teams
• Experience in multi-site or operational environments preferred
