The Case Manager will utilize a strengths-based & client-centered approach, providing structure, case management, job development and supervision to justice-involved men as they re-enter the community.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED with 2 years of related experience in the direct service and case management field
• Associate's Degree
• Valid driver’s license
