Job Description
The Clinical Program Manager supports staff in carrying out our mission through overseeing the daily operations, providing staff supervision, support and training while monitoring the quality-of-service delivery. The ideal candidate has experience working with justice involved individuals, can effectively organize and lead a staff team, is able to manage and prioritize deadlines, and knowledge of best practice clinical treatment models.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in a related field and associate licensure (LMSW, LMFT-A, LPC-A) and 5 years of related experience
- Full Licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) and 3 years of related experience
- Valid Driver’s License
