Job Description
The Residential Aide is responsible for direct client care, providing support for safety, health, and wellness, and establishing respectful relationships with clients. The role participates in maintaining a safe environment for residents and supports clients' recovery from mental illness, substance use, and homelessness.
Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED
- 2+ years relevant experience as a Residential Aide or equivalent
- Valid Connecticut Driver's License
