Job Description
The Residential Aide provides direct client care, including activities of daily living and support for safety, health, and wellness. The ideal candidate establishes respectful relationships with clients and maintains a safe, harm-free environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED
- 2+ years relevant experience as a Residential Aide or equivalent
- Valid Connecticut Driver’s License
- Regular and predictable attendance
