Job Description
The Residential Aide is responsible for direct client care, including activities of daily living and providing support for safety, health, and wellness. The position assists program staff and establishes respectful relationships with clients. The Residential Aide works on the Residential Behavioral Health Treatment care team to support clients' recovery from mental illness, substance use, and homelessness.
Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED
- 2+ years relevant experience as a Residential Aide or equivalent
- Valid Connecticut Driver’s License
- Regular and predictable attendance
