Residential Aide - Sierra DOC Mental Health (New Haven)

The Residential Aide is responsible for direct client care, including activities of daily living and providing support for safety, health, and wellness. This position also assists program staff and establishes respectful relationships with clients.

Requirements

• High School Diploma / GED
• 2+ years relevant experience as a Residential Aide or equivalent
• Valid Connecticut Driver’s License
