The Residential Aide provides direct client care, including activities of daily living and support for safety, health, and wellness. The goal is to establish positive behavioral change and pro-social community connectivity.
Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED
- 2+ years relevant experience as a Residential Aide or equivalent
- Valid Connecticut Driver’s License
- Regular and predictable attendance
