RN - Admissions

The Denver Hospice is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Admissions Registered Nurse to join our team. This full-time role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting patients and families during the transition to hospice care.

Requirements

• Minimum Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Minimum Experience: 1-2 years of experience in hospice and/or palliative care, medical/surgical, public health, oncology, acute care or home health.
• Required License: Current Colorado RN licensure. Valid Colorado State driver’s license and auto insurance.
• CPR certification required
