Program Director - Villa Residence

The Doe Fund is seeking a Program Director for its newest permanent supportive housing program for homeless men and women living with HIV/AIDS. The program provides long-term residential care and twenty-four-hour support services in a community environment.

Requirements

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the program
• Manage the intake process and ensure the program is operating at full capacity
• Recruitment, screening, and selection of direct care staff
• Provide orientation and ongoing training of direct care staff
• Ensure compliance with HASA contract and performance standards
• Monitor completion of daily records and required reports
• Establish and maintain relationships with other agencies and community organizations
• Facilitate staff meetings, clinical meetings, and resident community meetings
• Develop and monitor annual budget for the facility and programmatic activities
• Provide 24-hour on-call crisis intervention when needed
