Job Description
Cook responsible for preparing high quality meals, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. Must have flexible availability for weekends and evenings, and a culinary degree and sanitation license is preferred.
Requirements
- Prepares ingredients and cooks meals per Executive Chef's instruction
- Ensures quality, presentation, and temperature of food meet expectations
- Cleans and sanitizes all kitchen equipment
- Provides input on menu suggestions
- Prepares food and equipment for special events
- Assists with managing inventory
- Communicates effectively with customers and team members
