Account Executive (Phoenix)

TheGuarantors is a fintech company seeking an experienced account executive to grow their multifamily business through new logo acquisition and expansion of existing partnerships. The role requires a strong background in B2B sales, particularly in the multifamily industry, and a consultative approach to investigating customer needs and goals.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of sales experience
• Real estate, finance or software sales experience is a plus
• Ability to manage an inbound lead pipeline and outbound lead gen
• Experience with Hubspot or another sequencing/drip campaign tools preferred
• Able to make a business case for using a financing product
• Thrives in a quickly evolving environment
• Able to manage multiple stakeholders to close deals
