Job Description
We are seeking a Remote Bookkeeping Specialist to support financial and administrative functions, including account reconciliation, billing, data entry, and general administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Proficient level of English (written and spoken)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive attitude and a professional approach to problem-solving
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a finance-related support role
- Knowledge in QuickBooks Desktop and Online
- Reliable and consistent with the ability to meet deadlines and follow processes
- Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities
- Prior experience in roles such as administrative assistant, data entry, secretary, personal assistance, operations support, or other relevant positions
