Job Description
We are seeking a Healthcare Sales B2B Representative who will handle customer and client communications through inbound/outbound calls and emails while supporting appointment scheduling, patient follow-ups, and health plan enrollment.
Requirements
- Proficient level of English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills and high energy level
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in healthcare
- Understanding of HIPAA-compliant practices, highly preferred
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools, platforms, and CRM systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets)
