Remote Maintenance Operations Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and organized Remote Maintenance Operations Assistant to manage the full lifecycle of maintenance requests. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills to coordinate maintenance activities, provide administrative support, and interact professionally with clients throughout the day.

Requirements

• Proficient level of English (written and spoken)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and collaboration skills
• Previous experience in a management role is preferred
• Basic knowledge of maintenance practices
• Friendly, approachable, and pleasant to work with
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle stressful situations
• Pleasant personality required, with the ability to interact professionally with clients throughout the day
• Excellent Email etiquette
• Prior experience in roles such as administrative assistant, secretary, personal assistance, operations support, or other relevant positions
• Out-of-the-box thinker, reliable, and professional
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets)
• Familiarity with Rent Manager software preferred
• Sound judgment and the capacity to comprehend and execute instructions promptly with minimal supervision
• Reliable computer (Windows 10 or newer), two monitors, and stable high-speed internet
