Job Description
Full Time Field Service Technician in the South Bend, IN area with Robotics and Digital Solutions (RDS) Division of The Hillman Group, providing service and maintenance to 50+ kiosks.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Background in electromechanical repair and maintenance (preferred)
- Prior experience in retail merchandising, field operations and customer service (preferred)
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar profile (preferred)
- Experience with tools and troubleshooting mechanical problems
- Computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to always represent Hillman professionally
- Ability to work weekends when required
