Job Description
Full Time Field Service Technician position available in South Indianapolis, IN area for Robotics and Digital Solutions (RDS) Division of The Hillman Group. Primary responsibilities include re-stocking and performing routine service on kiosks, performing on-call repairs, and monitoring machines for issues.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Background in electromechanical repair and maintenance (preferred)
- Prior experience in retail merchandising, field operations, and customer service (preferred)
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar profile (preferred)
- Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English to include technical "jargon"
- Computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work weekends when required
