We are seeking a Paid Media Strategist (Retail Media) to support our Paid Media Team. The role is responsible for executing and optimizing paid media strategy across retail media channels to drive category-leading growth, new customer acquisition, and brand visibility across priority retail partners.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree
- 5+ years of experience managing retail media for a CPG company
- Proven track record of driving sales velocity, household penetration, and retail growth outcomes
- Deep expertise across retail media platforms, particularly Amazon Ads and also including but not limited to Walmart Connect and Target Roundel
- Strong understanding of performance metrics tied to business goals
- Experience with Mixed Media Model platforms, incrementality testing, and clean room environments
- Experience partnering with other teams to create strong assets and content that drive clicks and sales on retail channels
- Experience partnering with external media agency
- Deep knowledge of industry trends, platform trends and competitive positioning in the CPG industry
