Job Description
The IMA Group is seeking a Field Nurse Case Manager (RN) to coordinate and manage medical care for injured workers in the Indianapolis area. The role involves working independently to guide care and support safe return-to-work outcomes. Flexible caseload and no bedside care are highlights of this position.
Requirements
- Active RN license
- 3+ years of Field Nurse Case Management experience in Workers’ Compensation
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and using technology
- Reliable transportation for travel within Indianapolis and surrounding areas
- Malpractice/liability insurance (or ability to obtain)
