Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Case Manager (RN) to support individuals with work-related injuries throughout Flagstaff and the surrounding areas. In this role, you will perform consultative evaluations—focusing on both physical and psychosocial factors—without providing direct medical treatment.
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) or higher
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona
- CCM (Certified Case Manager) certification preferred
- Strong clinical background (ICU, ER, Trauma, Orthopedics, and/or Neurology preferred)
- Prior experience in Workers' Compensation Case Management highly preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
