Job Description
The IMA Group is hiring a Field Nurse Case Manager (RN) as an independent contractor to coordinate and manage medical care for injured workers. The role involves collaborating with providers, employers, attorneys, and insurance carriers, and requires strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
Requirements
- Active RN license
- 3+ years of Field Nurse Case Management experience in Workers’ Compensation
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and using technology
- Reliable transportation for travel within Nashville and surrounding areas
- Malpractice/liability insurance (or ability to obtain)
- Bilingual a plus
