Job Description
The Meetings and Events Planner will assist the Meeting Managers with managing all aspects of meetings and events, including speaker management, smaller Enterprise-wide meetings, and events. The role involves developing and implementing detailed program needs, providing on-site program assistance, and collaborating with Meeting Managers to ensure seamless execution of events.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-3 years meeting/event planning experience
- Contract negotiation/renegotiation skills
- Sourcing and budgeting experience
- Demonstrated vendor management experience including production and registration vendors
- Demonstrated event management experience, nonprofit industry experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
