Senior Android Systems Engineer

The Senior Android Systems Engineer will design, build, and evolve the Android platform underpinning our secure cloud-hosted Android application delivery environment. This role sits within Platform Engineering and focuses heavily on AOSP image development, Linux systems engineering, Android internals, and containerised Android execution using technologies such as Anbox Cloud.

Requirements

• Design and build custom AOSP images for containerised Android environments
• Own and improve Android build pipelines, tooling, signing, and image lifecycle management
• Develop reproducible, scalable, and secure Android platform builds
• Work across Android framework, HAL, Linux systems, and container runtime layers
