The People Partner will manage day-to-day HR operations, oversee HR systems, ensure compliance with labor laws, and handle expatriate staff logistics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in an educational institution or multinational environment
- Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices in Egypt
- Experience managing expatriate processes (visas, work permits, residency, travel)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
- Ability to work under pressure, maintain confidentiality, and handle multiple priorities
