Job Description
Drive growth across South Africa and Namibia with a global coatings leader as a Key Account Manager. This role requires a balance of technical understanding, market insight, and hands-on sales leadership.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in technical or industrial B2B sales
- Bachelors degree preferred; NACE, Frosio, or Corrodere certification advantageous
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Proven track record of achieving sales and margin growth targets
- Strong business acumen, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Self-driven, professional, and able to operate independently or within a matrix team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
