Sales Development Representative/Appointment Setter

We are a fast-growing South African Employer of Record (EOR) company servicing UK, US, and Australian businesses. We are looking for a driven, resilient communicator to call UK-based CEOs, Directors, and Business Owners, setting appointments for our Business Development Managers.

Requirements

• 3 years experience in telesales, or lead generation (Must be B2B)
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Confident and comfortable with cold calling and handling objections
• Experience using Close CRM or similar tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
