Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our recruitment sales team. The role involves prospecting and cold calling potential UK clients to generate interest in our EOR services and book discovery calls with our Business Development Managers (BDMs).
Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience in a sales, telesales, or lead generation role (preferably B2B)
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections
- Experience using Close CRM or similar (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- A self-starter who thrives in a target-driven, high-performance environment
