The Senior Compensation Analyst will provide analytical consultation for the development and execution of UAW Local 2110 compensation programs and projects to ensure competitive and motivating compensation for The Met. They will work closely with all members of the HR team and various levels of management to ensure compliance to the UAW Local 2110 compensation program guidelines and goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or in a related field
- 4 years of experience administering union compensation programs
- Demonstrated understanding of collective bargaining agreements and compensation compliance
- Experience managing salary survey submissions and ad hoc survey participation
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred or in progress
- Experience with Workday as system of record; Workday Advanced Compensation module experience preferred
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local compensation and employment laws
- Knowledge of standard policies, practices and procedures within the Human Resources field
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects/deadlines
- Ability to present and organize information so that it is appropriate for senior leadership and Board
- Strong and effective creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, collaboration skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, reporting skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (i.e., creating Pivots, Vlookup.)
