Health Insurance CSR

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a client, possessing knowledge of medical insurance. The role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service through efficient navigation of systems and consistent adherence to deadlines. It's a hybrid position requiring 8-10 hours of M-F hours.
