Customer Service Representative

Requirements

• 1-2 years’ experience in a professional office and/or call center environment.
• Familiarity with medical terminology preferred.
• Proficiency with computers, especially with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
• Exceptional customer service and strong communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
