Requirements
- 1-2 years’ experience in a professional office and/or call center environment.
- Familiarity with medical terminology (preferred).
- Proficiency with electronic medical record systems (EMR) and typing skills (minimum 45 wpm).
- Exceptional customer service, active listening, verbal and written communication skills, and professional phone voice.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
