- Experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Strong emotional intelligence and a calm, patient approach with customers
- Ability to thrive in a fastâpaced, highâdemand environment
- Valid driver licence and experience providing onâsite support
